        Dr. Atul Gupta, B.E, M.Tech (IIT Delhi), MBA, Ph.D, was Senior Professor Materials Management in National Academy of Indian Railways, Vadodara prior to this assignment. Also worked as Chief Materials Manager in Central Railway and Dy Chief Materials Manager in Western Railway.

 

        He has done training in Germany and Austria in the area of Supply Chain Management. He has also done training at ISB Hyderabad in the area of Strategic Management.


         His area of specialization is Supply Chain & Logistic Management in public procurement environment; has published research papers in National and International Journals.
